I couldn't believe it when I wound up behind a car entering Hamilton and the driver had his newspaper up directly in front of him as he cruised along Reid Street. Even if the traffic is slow-moving, there's intersections, pedestrian crossings, the chance that some hotshot could be attempting to veer across... so to the driver of
24237, you're Booked, and seriously dude, the paper can wait 5 minutes for you to read it.
